Unusable. Truly awful
Not good used the app and then had them to do my check in they se t the boarding passes to the app and cant open them lucky i printed them off to come to the airport otherwise i be struggling

What is rong with this app? Most of the time don't let me go in to see my booking! You have to fix this problem.
Don't bother. I have an account on their website but cannot log into this app with thise details. Not much use, then, is it... waste of time
Absolutely useless. I chose my trip changed the flights, and somehow when it came to paying they changed it back to the original that they offered first. I tried everything but couldn't choose the one I needed. So booked on another app. And I was still lucky and didn't pay for a flight I couldn't have used anyway.
Asked to change some minor info on one of the flyers tickets, they claim they'd be back to me within 4 days, it's been over a month. Called them and they assured me they'd get to changing it, they haven't. My flight is in a week so looks like I've pissed £500 away.
Horrible experience with this company, flight cancelled the same day of departure, for a tot of c.ca 90€ they refuse to give to me full refund cause they're policy ensurance and luggage is not refundable feom the company, can you imagine I'm receiving back just around 30€ after you pay for insurance on a flight but the cost of the insurance is not refundable 😂😂 what is that if not a joke 🤡
Web searched Doncaster to sunny beach gave long list of hotels, use the app to do same search came back with no available deals, what a load of tosh.
